My Story

Hello, my name is Gavriel Dusek I live in Clinton, Tennessee. Ever since I was young I have had a deep passion for the culinary arts. I have always loved serving people, learning new techniques, and creating new and delicious recipes. 

I was raised on a small hobby farm in Eastern North Carolina, which helped me learn how important sourcing locally is, and how delicious said food can be.

I then began working at several restaurants in Knoxville, Tennessee who followed a similar farm to table principle. I learned so much from each establishment I worked at, including what it means to be a good host and chef. I learned how to use every part of each ingredient I came across, as well as how to highlight their natural flavors. Now I am so exited to take  what I have learned  and  bring it to your table.
