Weddings

As I am only one chef I am only capable of serving Family style for weddings with one hundred guests or larger.

I am only able to cook on- site for your wedding if your venue has an available kitchen. If not I can cook all of the food ahead of time.

I will send you sample menus and pricing based off of season from which you may choose. Or we can work on a personalized menu if you so desire.

I am able to provide two to three plated course dinners for small intimate weddings of fifty to eighty guests.

I love pairing food and wine, so if you would like help determining what wine to serve with the food I will work with you to find something spectacular. I also would love to bake whatever desserts you need for the big day.

I am located in Sparta, North Carolina, if your venue is over an hour away, I charge $7.00 per additional hour of Travel. If your wedding is over five hours away, then I will charge for lodging.
